Our third year’s program has seen the continuing fulfillment of a key part of our mandate: to provide opportunities for curators and participating artists to produce exhibitions and publications within a critical framework.

We are pleased to launch our newest initiative in support of emerging artists and curators: Summer Sessions, a program through which we are making space available for graduates of local and regional colleges and universities to present their final exhibitions. China Now: Independent Visions | Selections from Cinema on the Edge
TYPOLOGY supports independent filmmaking in China with a program of three animations and an experimental documentary representing practices and perspectives from across the mainland and beyond.
