MARY HAMBLETON artist

Mary Hambleton (1952–2009) was based in Brooklyn and exhibited her work in the US and abroad at venues including Leslie Heller Gallery, Littlejohn Contemporary, and Pamela Auchincloss Gallery (New York), and the Machida City Museum (Tokyo). Her many honours include the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial, Adolph Esther Gottlieb Foundation, and two Pollock-Krasner awards.

SUSANA REISMAN artist

Susana Reisman (b. 1977) was born in Caracas, Venezuela and lives and works in Toronto. She received a BA in Economics from Wellesley College, Boston (1999) and an MFA in photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology (2005). After teaching photography for a number of years, Reisman now dedicates her time to making art and running Circuit Gallery.

DEBORAH WANG artist

Based in Toronto, Deborah is an independent curator and designer. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Waterloo, and a Master of Fine Arts from OCAD University.

Through her diverse practice, Deborah has curated and co-curated exhibitions for the Textile Museum of Canada, Gladstone Hotel, XPACE Cultural Centre, and the Art Gallery of Ontario; worked with Katharine Mulherin Contemporary Art Projects; and taught design studio at Ryerson University. She has exhibited in Toronto and abroad, and presented her art and design work as a guest speaker in academic and cultural forums.
